Foreigners cannot directly own freehold land in Indonesia. However, there are legal ownership structures such as leasehold (Hak Sewa), Hak Pakai, or setting up a local PT PMA company to obtain usage rights. We can guide you through the safest option based on your needs.

We handle property valuation, marketing, buyer screening, negotiations, and paperwork. Once a buyer is found, we assist both parties until the legal transfer is complete.

We conduct thorough due diligence on all properties, including checking land certificates, zoning regulations, and ownership status with the Indonesian Land Office (BPN).

It depends on location, pricing, and market demand. On average, it may take 3–8 months, but properties in highly desirable areas may sell faster.
