For a seamless stay, our guidebook is your resource for important information about the property, dining recommendations, guest services, and policies, until an emergency.

Villa Luby is located at Jl. Yeh Gangga I, Bedha, Bongan. At check-in, you will receive a key card for the main entrance, a key for your villa room, and a storage room.

To enhance your online experience, we provide complimentary internet access from the moment you check-in.

Please be aware that all equipment, facilities, and furniture should be left in the same condition as when you arrived.

The apartment has flat-screen TVs, allowing you to sign in and access additional apps. Just make sure to sign out before you check out.

Please set the AC to fan mode to prevent leaks when not in use. For the environment, turn off the AC when leaving the house.

Please note that Bali’s tropical climate may attract occasional insects, even with repellents. They’re usually harmless, but contact us if you have concerns.

CS Ecer dan Grosir is a village grocery store located in Bedha Village, close to Villa Luby. This store focuses on providing necessities at affordable local prices.

Indomaret is one of the largest minimarkets in Indonesia which offers such as groceries, snacks, drinks, and many more.

UD. Bali Bagus is the biggest grocery store in the area and focuses on providing necessities at affordable local prices. This grocery store offers complete products.

Kencana Mart is a small grocery store that you can visit to find some necessities stuff such as drink and food needs.

Yeh Gangga Beach is a serene and less-crowded beach located on the southwest coast of Bali, specifically in Tabanan.

Kedungu Beach is one of the beaches most frequently visited by Tabanan people. This beach is easy to access.

Tanah Lot Temple is one of the most iconic and sacred sea temples in Bali. It’s situated on a large rock, the temple is surrounded by the ocean.

Confused with the same old staycation? Maybe you can try this new experience, which is learning to ride a horse at Salty Cowboy close to the house.

Batu Bolong Temple is located near Tanah Lot Temple and is located on a rock formation that juts out into the sea, with a natural arch or “hole”.

The Beach Love is one of the must-visit destinations. This place provides cuisine while you enjoy the sea view. this place is open every afternoon.

When you arrive at Bali Beach Glamping, you can sit here, and enjoy the cuisine while seeing the beautiful sunset.

Staying in Kedungu but not learning to surf is something lacking. For those who want to learn to surf, we recommend trying Kebali Surf Lesson.

SERVICE INFORMATION

Housekeeping

Our cleaning staff are on-site (3x times a week from 7 AM – 3 PM). Cleaning off the villa is every second day or upon request.

Laundry

Unfortunately, we do not have an in-house laundry service, but if you ask our friendly staff, they will be happy to deliver and pick up your laundry from a local laundromat. Please pay cash upon delivery.

We hope that when you arrive in Bali, you will not only stay in your villa or apartment but there are many things you can do. Click details to see our package offers.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted on the terraces ONLY. Please refrain from smoking inside. Ashtrays are stored in the kitchen of each apartment for your convenience.

Pets

As much as we love all pets, unfortunately, we do not allow pets in the house.

Noise Level

No noise or loud music after 11 PM. Please be respectful to your neighbors.

Damages

Any missing, damaged, or broken items will be charged to you upon check-out.

Drugs

Keeping, using, and consuming illegal drugs is strictly prohibited in Indonesia. Using such items can be punished with imprisonment or even the death penalty. Guests who violate will be forced to be evicted without any form of refund.

Parties and Event

We have a strict no-party policy. Please be respectful to your neighbors.

Photography

Photography and videography are permitted, provided with prior notice. However, please be aware that content of a sexual nature or pornography is not allowed.
